Promote your Business
How can we create value for businesses in Rugby town centre? We are proud that the events we organise each year attract thousands of visitors to the town centre.
Many come from the local and surrounding areas. Others are visiting Rugby for the first time. We continue to build new and better opportunities for town businesses to benefit from Rugby’s growing profile and are always creating new ways to collaborate and help you to promote your business. And the way we do this is evolving rapidly.
From our new website, to an improved social media presence, our recently launched monthly Rugby Small Business Connect Forum, and many more initiatives that are in the pipeline for 2025, and beyond.
Facts & Figures
Being part of our flagship events in Rugby Town Centre offers your business a unique opportunity to showcase its products and services to a diverse audience.
With thousands of visitors attending major events such as the Food & Drink Festivals, BikeFest, the annual Literary Festival, and seasonal celebrations like Diwali, Christmas, and Chinese New Year, your business could gain significant exposure.
This is a prime chance to connect with potential customers, promote your offerings, and enhance your visibility in the community.

I’d like to trade at Rugby events
By securing a stall, you not only have a chance to engage with thousands of visitors at each event, but also position your business as an active participant in the town's cultural events.
Many of our town centre events are open to everyone who wants to sell so we get a real mix of pro traders, pop-ups and startups looking to promote their products to customers for the first time. This adds to each event’s individual charm, making them unique. All events are not for profit, so we keep the costs as low as possible.
First come, first served
Booking for a stall for any of our events is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are a musician or artist interested in performing at a Rugby town centre event, please contact us.
You are responsible for watching your stall; our stewards cannot do this, and we are not liable for unattended stock. Trader, maker, crafter, food, and drink stalls are subject to the final discretion of Rugby First. In rare cases, applications may be refused, and attendance denied without justification. Reputation and conduct will be considered. The decision of Rugby First is final.
Rugby First is dedicated to supporting your business. Our goal is to help you capitalise on the opportunities presented by town centre events and initiatives to increase footfall and raise awareness of your business.
We are always happy to promote your business, events and news across our social media channels, through targeted email marketing, and in printed promotional material.
To engage with our efforts, follow us on Facebook and Instagram, and share information about your business via direct message or email at info@rugbyfirst.org. In collaboration with our appointed marketing agency, tyde, we provide guidance to help you enhance your promotional activity with practical 'How to' hints and tips. We will soon release helpful guides aligned with each of our town centre events, including visual assets for cross-posting and key event hashtags to amplify your reach.
