Visitors give Rugby Town Centre the thumbs up

Every year Rugby BID carry's out an independent benchmark survey on its services in Rugby town centre. In each of the services shown in the above diagram, the number of respondents who rated our services to be good or excellent, totaled 80% and above. This survey shows a huge improvement since the survey was carried out back in March 2006, before Rugby BID started. The results of this survey are great news and a sign that the work of The Rugby BID Company is having a positive effect in our town centre. |

| An independent survey of up to 100 Rugby BID levy payers, chosen at random from the database by the researchers, was conducted to obtain feedback on our services, value for money and voting intentions in 2010. The overall results showed a widespread satisfaction with the services available, a majority giving positive feedback on the value for money offered by the Rugby BID Company and a significant support for a continuation of The Rugby BID Company, based on voting intentions supplied by the interviewees. |
Rugby Town Centre ranked highly in independant survey

An independant survey commissioned by The Learning Skills Council was carried out in Rugby Town Centre. An assessment was made of the town looking into signage, litter, graffitti and a mystery shopper visit in Rugby Businesses. The Town Centre results were highly commended for its quality shops, its secure, clean environment and its high level of customer service. One stall, White & Bishop on Clifton Road received a record 100% mystery shopping score to help Rugby rank 6 out of 51 town centres studied by Skills Mart Retail in its local model research. Managing director Steve Mosely - White & Bishop - put this excellent acheivment down to the commitment and dilligance of his staff. The top 5 outcomes of the street survey were;
