Busking

Please ring 24 hours in advance (Please note - office closed at weekends)

If you wish to do any of these activities please contact us as far in advance as possible as you will need to complete a booking form and make your payment in advance (where applicable) so that your booking may be confirmed.

Please note: Any static promotions or banner bookings will require £5,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance cover. As the event organiser you (and not Rugby First) are solely responsible for any occurrences that may arise.

Charity Events:

£20.00 + VAT per day

For Church or Evangelical groups, please make contact with the office in the first instance to discuss availability

Leafletting:

£50.00 + VAT per day

Discounts are negotiable for multiple events

Static Promotions*:

£100.00 + VAT per day

Discounts are negotiable for multiple events

Bike Advertising:

£50 per week within the BID area and £100 per week outside the BID area + cost of production.

Production:

Poster design £100
Poster printing £65 per poster (one required for each side if whole bike rented) or can be provided by the customer – 101 x 150 cm
(although I have noticed that some people have supplied lots of A4’s !)

All prices would be plus VAT.

These are sited on Market Place except on market days when they would be in High Street or Church Street by HSBC.
